Empowering Parents

The Bayside Parents' Advisory Council (PAC) is dedicated to representing the voice of parents and guardians of Bayside students. We provide support for our children's education, offer advice to the school Administration and School District, and foster a sense of community among the school and our families.

Our Meetings

We meet most months of the school year to discuss topical issues arising at the school, connect with the school administration, and plan fundraisers.

Constitution & Bylaws

Revised 2025-05-07

The Constitution and Bylaws establish the foundation for how the Parent Advisory Council (PAC) operates and supports the school community. They outline the PAC’s purpose, structure, decision-making processes, and responsibilities, helping ensure transparency, consistency, and fair representation for all parents and caregivers.

These documents provide guidance for meetings, elections, financial oversight, and volunteer activities, while helping the PAC work collaboratively with school administration to enhance the educational experience for students. Together, they create a clear framework that supports effective communication, accountability, and long-term continuity within the organization.

PAC Co-op Membership Number 74721

This year, the PAC is continuing its fundraising efforts towards new bleachers for the school gym. We are halfway there, and with your continued support, we hope to hit our target this year! One way you can continue to support our efforts is by simply using our PAC Co-op Membership Number 74721, a quick and easy way to send funds right back to our school. If every Bayside family uses it once over the next month, that would be an incredible boost to our fundraising efforts!
